SYNC LICENSING

RJ Griffith has built a growing track record in sync licensing, with original music featured across television, film, advertising, retail, and documentary projects. His uplifting song “Good Day” has been licensed for NBC’s Kenan and used in a FOX 32 Good Day Chicago campaign, while “Haunted By My Past” was featured in the independent film The Assumptions.

RJ’s music has also reached audiences in retail environments, with multiple songs played in Kroger-owned stores across the country from 2020 to the present. Most recently, he contributed multiple songs to the upcoming documentary Southshore Summer, including creating the film’s title track and composing music for its score.

Performances

RJ Griffith thrives in front of a live audience, bringing energy, charisma, versatility, and a genuine connection to every performance. His live résumé spans major music festivals, professional and collegiate sporting events, national theater tours, television appearances, corporate and private events, community programming, and sports entertainment. RJ has performed at festivals including Summerfest in Milwaukee and Merchant Street MusicFest, appeared at Water Lantern Festivals in multiple cities, and taken the stage for high-profile events throughout the Midwest and beyond.

RJ also regularly performs with Maggie Speaks, the nationally recognized, award-winning Chicagoland cover band known for delivering high-energy live entertainment at festivals, corporate events, private celebrations, and venues across the country. Performing with the group allows RJ to showcase his vocal range and versatility across an extensive catalog of popular music while connecting with audiences in a completely different live setting.

His sports performance experience includes National Anthem appearances for organizations including the Kansas City Chiefs, Chicago White Sox, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Sky, and UIC Flames, along with halftime and special-event performances. RJ has also expanded into sports entertainment as a member of the Chicago Snowballs, combining his lifelong love of baseball with his ability to engage and entertain a crowd.

On stage, RJ performed as the HardMan in The Choir of Man at Chicago’s Apollo Theater before joining the production’s national tour, adding another major chapter to his live-performance career. He has also appeared on influential platforms including the Obama Foundation Summit and television programs such as FOX 32’s Good Day Chicago, WGN’s Daytime Chicago, Later with Leon, and the Huckabee Show. Whether performing his own music, fronting a live band, appearing in theater, singing the National Anthem, or entertaining sports fans, RJ brings the same passion, professionalism, and positive energy to every stage.
